The label reads ‘Whiskey’ till the early 20th century the spelling with and without the ‘e’ was not standardised, although the Scots usually stuck to Whisky. More recently the Whiskey spelling was generally adopted by the Irish and the Americans. Both the silver label and decanter are hallmarked England, circa 1910, we have 2 of these in stock
